Friesland Huishan Dairy to start as new joint venture
Royal FrieslandCampina in the Netherlands and China Huishan Dairy Holdings Company Limited have established a joint venture after receiving anti-trust clearance and completion of the other conditions. The joint venture will operate under the name Friesland Huishan Dairy. On October 8, 2014, the two companies announced their intention to enter into a joint venture. As of today, each company holds a 50% stake in Friesland Huishan Dairy.
