New publisher for Dairy Global
Reed Business, publisher of Dairy Global intends to sell all publishing activities of the Dutch agricultural media portfolio, part of the Proagrica division, to Doorakkeren BV.
It is the intention to place the publishing activities in the newly established subsidiary called Misset Uitgeverij BV, in which Doorakkeren BV has a majority interest and Reed Business BV has a minority interest.
The intended sale includes the publishing activities and related products, services and events of Future Farm
