£8 million investment into Dairy Innovation Centre
The Borderlands partnership have announced investment of up to £8 million into a new Dairy Innovation Centre at Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC). The Dairy Innovation Centre aims to provide information from sustainable breeding and management systems for dairy cows. It will draw on SRUC’s pedigree in teaching, research and consultancy services to encourage knowledge exchange and create innovative research across the Borderlands region in the South of Scotland and North of England.
